WATER- Are You Still Getting Enough?

I know I have gone on and on about the importance of water, but I just want to make sure that everyone knows that just because it isn’t summer or hot outside anymore doesn’t mean you don’t need extra water.  You still need tons of water during the winter months.  It is very easy to get dehydrated during the cold months, so… be sure you are getting at least 8-10 glasses of water a day!  That is roughly about 2 liters a day.  I go for more water personally I drink 1 Gallon of water a day! (1 US Gallon = 3.7854118 Liters) Remember, not only do you need water to help with digestion and the over all function of your body, but it also helps with losing weight and flushing out toxins from your body.  Water is an amazing thing of which you can get for free or next to free!  No Excuses!!!!
