New, Three Week, Running Schedule

Howdy Folks –

I got my schedule for the next three weeks – just in case you are interested:

Monday – 30 minutes

Tuesday – 20 mins, 10 x 100 meters, 20 mins

Wednesday – Off

Thursday – 30 minutes

Friday – Off

Saturday – 50 minutes and 15 x 100 meters.

Sunday – off.

It’s gonna be a good week!!
