This recipe will make 6 cookies
1/2 cup of honey
3 heaping spoonfuls of organic peanut butter
1 to 1 1/2 cups of old-fashioned oats
2 large scoops of vanilla or chocolate protein powder of your choice.
For the super easy way… combine the honey and peanut butter in a microwave safe bowl. Heat for about a minute so that they mix together easily. Stir in the oats and then the protein. Scoop with spoon and drop onto a baking sheet lined with tin-foil. Place in the fridge and allow to set (usually only 15-20 minutes). If they are left in the fridge, simply pull one out and let it sit for a moment so that it softens up before you begin to eat or you can zap it in the microwave for 10 seconds and it is ready to eat. Enjoy!
